Copper Care

Copper has a naturally occurring patina that deepens as it oxidizes over time. Many embrace and enjoy this unique, natural aging that occurs.

Sealed: Not much needs to happen here. Just remove it when showering, using lotions and oils, doing dishes, etc. as the seal can wear faster. I offer re-sealing services.
Unsealed: Lemon Juice and Salt, or even ketchup with a cloth or toothbrush are great ways to polish unsealed copper. Rinse and quickly dry. Take care to remove during sleep, showers, swimming, and using lotions or chemicals Copper naturally turns your skin green after long wear. This is a natural, (beneficial) reaction and will wash off with soap and water. Some pieces are sealed, and some are naturally raw to allow the benefits of copper to do their work. You can make it last longer by protecting your jewelry from harsh elements. Take it off before showering, swimming, or applying lotions, or perfumes.
